I submitted this site about six weeks ago to http://dmoz.org/Society/Relationships/Dating/Personals/Specialized/.

Do you know if there's a problem or if it's not the correct category?

This is a high end dating service (way too rich for me!). We had a choice of this category or http://dmoz.org/Society/Relationships/Dating/Personals/Matchmaking/

We went with 'specialized' since we saw their competitors there.

It looks like your site was determined not to be a specialized personals site but an introduction agency. It has been moved to the other category.

Thanks for the back up there ollie1a, but he re-submitted it anyway, with his keyword-stuffed title and hype-filled description. Since the latest submission supercedes the previous one, it's now at the bottom of the queue instead of the top.

I originally rejected this site with the following comment "Photos do not constitute a personal ad. Could not find content." If each girl is interviewed and screened, the site could qualify as a "Matchmaking" site. But I need to see content. Do you have a temporary membership ID that I can use to evaluate your site?

Just checked with them. The members get access to all the women, not just the ones who agreed to let their photos appear on the public pages. But they don't put any personal information on the web site for privacy reasons. The men are personally introduced to the women they'd like to meet.

But if I can direct you to a couple of pages I think you'll see they are matchmakers. The guys pay a $10,000 to $20,000 fee (I guess that's why it's for millionaires!) here's the page about joining; http://millionairesclub123.com/join_men.html.

Looking at the about page, the site may qualify for the matchmaking category. Still, it has a membership-only area at http://millionairesclub123.com/private/private_index.html

Editors must be able to review all parts of the site, as per our Guidelines. You should therefore be prepared to provide a review ID/pwd (send it to the local editor via feedback), as requested.

Just checking on this. Did the login information get to the correct person? I sent via the feedback form. There were, I think, 3 editors listed so I sent it to the first one on the list.

The first editor listed seems to be the least active of the 3 lately. It's probably worth sending it to one of the other two. (We don't know how often or how much time each individual editor has to volunteer) <img src="/images/icons/smile.gif" alt="" />

I'm just following up on this one.

I sent the login information to the members’ only area that we were asked for to one of the other editors, kenloc, at the beginning of the month.

Is there a problem we need to know about (now that I’ve told them how important it is to get into OPD they keeping calling about it.)

PS- There’s lots of pretty women to look at. Just a little incentive!

It appears that the editor did not receive the login information and rejected the site. What I would do is resubmit the site to Society/Relationships/Dating/Personals/Matchmaking and at the end of the description put a note to the editor stating that you are willing to provide a review password and put your email address so they can request it. I think this would be a correct procedure - anyone have any other ideas?

Simply adding a login id and password to the description would be a good idea. The editor will obviously remove them before publishing the site.
