I can see your submission of January 18th, 2003 in that category. If there have been older submissions, they have been overwritten by this one. There are very few sites waiting for review in that category, so I hope yours will soon be taken care of. I can't promise anything though. If nothing has happened after another month, feel free to come back to this thread and ask again.

Note your site can't be viewed using Netscape 4.75.

Yours,
Robert

Thanks for your help, robert. I will address the netscape issue as soon as possible.

Just wondering if it would be considered spamming if I were to submit to other category like hardware and services since I am also dealing with that plus I have a section on pc troubleshooting tips.

Thanks

In that area of the directory (i.e. Regional Singapore), your site is waiting in the best category for it (since networking is your primary field of work), though it's possible it may get listed at the Computers level if the reviewing editor chooses to put it there. Please don't submit it to any other Singapore category.

The troubleshooting section might be listable somewhere under Top/Computers (possibly here) but I really didn't look too closely.

Thanks.

Really appreciate the information. Since I am not a web person, I may do mistakes that sometimes I don't even know.

These would get me in the right direction.

Hello

I have corrected the Netscape issue, just patiently waiting for it to be added to DMOZ.

Thanks

At the moment the ODP is having server problems, someone will answer when we can get in to check. Sorry we don't know when, give us a day or two at least. <img src="/images/icons/smile.gif" alt="" />

Any news ?

I see new listings.

Has my submission been removed again just like the last few attempts ?

If it has, don't worry, I will not submit again. It kind of firm up my opinion of the editor/s in the category I am submitting to.

My site does not participate in any spammy tactics and it is not solely to sell a product or service but also sections on computer and networking support and I am continuous increasing the contents.

I don't know what is wrong but trying for months and getting my submission deleted time and time again, and submission problems that surface for submissions through our ISP proxy (that we have no control), thanks, I've given up.

Your submission to Regional: Asia: Singapora: Business and Economy: Computers: Networking was reviewed on March 23rd. The editor found that your site is not only about networking, but offers various services. He then noticed that there is already a submission waiting for review in the Services category. That is why he deleted the submission in the Networking category.

Let me repeat: Your submission to Networking was not deleted without review. And your submission to Services also will be reviewed. Wrong accusations of abuse don't really help.

Yours,
Robert

And my submission on Jan 18th 2003 to http://dmoz.org/Regional/Asia/Singapore/Business_and_Economy/Computers/Networking/ is gone ? Again ? Sorry Robert, but I don't get it at all, it gets deleted without even being reviewed for suitability. It gets the same treatment time and time again. I watch my logs daily and this is getting really bad. Now I have one submission waiting from Feb 21st. Before you know it *poof* it will disappear again.
No one here has told you that any of your submissions have been touched prior to the one that was deleted in late March so I'm not sure where you're getting the idea that your submissions have "disappeared...time and time again". Now, your submissions initially went into a holding pen because you obviously got the "your IP addres could not be determined" error message each time but they were ultimately moved to the right queues.
