I think I submitted the referenced site a month or so ago to this category:

Didn't know if the category was active and if I needed to wait another couple of months?

It's waiting for review in that category in a medium size pile. It's showing a submission date of September 1 (not quite a month). Anyway, you're welcome to check back a month from now if you like.
