I can't see a submission for that URL waiting in the given category. Some possible reasons:

a) You submitted to a different category
b) You submitted a different URL
c) You got an error message/timeout when submitting

It was denied for lack of content at the end of July, the reviewing editor could only find one lawyer listed.
