I submited a few weeks ago, the above site to the following category:

Just curious to find out if the site had been reviewed.

It's currently sitting in unreviewed in http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/Italy/Regions/Campania/Localities/Ravello

Considering there is no Editor for the category, I guess I just have to wait.

Well, pretty much anywhere would do! Far and away your best bet would be to select a locality in need of work, or one with which you are familiar, and apply there. Don't choose a large category, just start with a small locality or topical section and off you go. Speaking very broadly, southern Italy could do with editors pretty much everywhere.
