You didnt check id it is listed in that categoy now, did you? You would have seen that the category has been moves - it now is http://dmoz.org/Business/Publishing_and_Printing/Publishers/Academic_and_Technical/ :)

It is still waiting with a lot of others. But I wonndered how all those different sites havoing "pearson" in anywhere belong together.

Maybe its not related to your site (I didnt check - I'm sure the editor will check that when the time to review the site has come), but remember that generating deeplinks and mirrors may be seen as spam by ODP editors.

Thanks for your quick reply - yes, I did check the new category before inquiring here but thought it best to reference the category I originally posted to. To clarify - both Pearson sites are owned by Pearson Canada but are completely separate sites featuring different products and content - it just happened that the category was the best description for both, one is focused on K-12 to Higher Education resouces while the other is primarily Computer and Technology books for all levels. Hope that explains it - thanks again!

In such a case, we would typically list the main corporate site (which, if it was created by an honest and competant designer, will contain links to all its product- and locale-specific content, no matter what domain name it uses as address) with a description that mentions the relevant product lines.

There are only the two sites, I have suggested one but at the present time there is no corporate site.
Thanks

Aargh! Shoot your webmaster, and replace him with a gerbil. It's brighter, and you can wire up its exercise wheel to keep your server running during a brownout.

lol - I'm afraid that's not an option (although I will suggest it)

The site is still in the queue, along with a few dozens of other submissions.

Hi,

I don't know if you're closer to being listed, but you're still in the queue.
