Can anyone tell me my submission status.

(a) You submitted a week ago, which is too soon to ask for a status update.

(b) If you read the description for that category, you would have seen this: "Only sites that accept submissions from Authors and Developers will be listed here. If your site is not a repository for software, please find the appropriate category to submit your site. " You aren't a repository for software (you just link to download files on other sites) and so wouldn't be listed in that category.

(c) None of that matters since, as a regnow.com affiliate, you're not listable anywhere (see guidelines).

I find lots of affiliate sites be listed in http://dmoz.org/Computers/Software/Shareware/Directories/
category,such as Shareup Networks, DownLoad32,Softpile.com,TopShareware.I think that they are both regnow affiliate.

It is no different. Other affiliate sites, if added by accident, can be removed.
