Ridlice.com has been in the index for a very long time. The original description submitted referenced Pfizer, who no longer owns the Rid Lice brand. And every time I try to update the description using the DMOZ form, I get an error when I click the submit button. If you can, will you please update the description to: "Information about head lice treatment, and tips to avoid future infestations, from Bayer." the company name has been removed. You may not be able to see the changes on the public side yet, but it should be visible within a week.

I checked the listing and the change has been made at the directory level http://dmoz.org/Health/Pharmacy/Drugs_and_Medications/P/Pyrethrins/. However, when searching from the front page for "Rid lice", I still get the old listing under "Open Directory Sites". Where do these listings come from and how do I change it?

The search database is not updated daily. The last update was on August 14th, the next will be soon hopefully. Nothing you need to do, nothing we editors could do. It's just a matter of time.
