Dmoz is unavailable right now so I can't check your site's status but to answer your last question, editors rarely contact a submitter to let them know that their site has been listed (or rejected or moved etc.).

Site is still in unreviewed in the category and shows as being submitted on September 20th, not two months ago. At the bottom of the queue for a few dozen sites.

that is actually the third time i have submitted the site. once in march and once in july.

Each time you submit it the new one moves to the bottom of the queue sorted by date. Just be patient, its waiting for review.
