Not quite.

That site is just using ODP data, and those links at the bottom point back to http://dmoz.org - so any sites submitted do not go to that site but directly to ODP. Sites that get reviewed and accepted then appear in ODP. It's up to that site's [somusical] administrator to then update and copy the changes at which point the newly added sites might appear there also.

No, the other way 'round.

SoMusical.com uses ODP data. They may have their own data that they have added (I didn't check) and display, but that would be as far as it goes. There is not a reciprocal relationship between ODP and those who use our data.
