No, and yes.

No, you should not submit to the category you suggested, because that is not a Regional/ category. It is a Reference/ category and submitting there would amount to double-dipping.

Yes, you may submit to a Regional category.

The category name would begin with Regional/

You should parse down through your continent, country and get to the locality where you have a physical presence. (regional is all about where a company is located, not hwere it markets/sells, or where its customers come from). Once inteh correct locality, look for an Education subcategory. If there is none, don't get discouraged, just submit to the root category for the locality. If it needs to be smoved slightly, the listing editor should be able to do that.

The official title of your site is "Swiss Management Center", so this should be the title of the entry, too. The name of the category (Reference: Education: Colleges and Universities: Graduate Education: Business Administration) already mentions that your site is about post graduate studies. All sites in this category are, so there is no need to repeat this in the title of each and every entry.
