Content not unique - Can you state which sites we mirror? It's funny because lots of sites copy deals from our site.. Many of which are in dmoz. We find the best deals out on the web and help users save money.

Affiliate link in context of finding bargains? Yes. Required of all vendors/deals - No.
Is our information useful? We hope so. We've been around for almost 3 years saving people money. If you just click on Dell.com, you wouldn't have coupons to uses, you wouldn't know which of their 5 sub stores to get the best deal from.
Here is an example of a site just full of affiliate links with nothing exactly useful:
