Could someone please tell me the status of my submission for http://www.theflyingshuttle.com/

I initially submitted the site in Sept/2003. I re-submitted the site in Dec/2003 thinking I may have not submitted it correctly in Sept/2003. I noticed there is no volunteer to edit this category but I wasn't sure if that makes a difference in the review time.

The submission category is:

Your help would be greatly appreciated!

It looks like the original submission got misfiled at first, then sorted to the right place, then your second submssion arrived correctly. The duplicate was then removed, and your site awaits review, so you don't need to resubmit.

The presence [or absence] of a named editor in a category can't tell you whether an editor is actively processing unreviewed sites.

Is my submission still in the que or do I need to re-submit? It's been about 4 months now since I sumitted my website.

You don't need to resubmit. But in general [may or may not be true for this category] sites may take from less than an hour to more than two years to be reviewed - it's not predictable.
