Hello,

Can you tell me if www.theringtonefactory.com has been submitted for inclusion. I can't find it in the directory but don't want to submit it yet just in case it has already been done and it's in a queue.

It probably would have been submitted to either

http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Consumer_Electronics/Communications/Wireless/Cellular_Phones/Accessories/Software/

or

http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Business_and_Economy/Industries/Telecommunications/Mobile/Services/Ring_Tones,_Graphics_and_Logos/

Sorry I can't be more definite than that.

Regards

Ben

P.s. tried to make that second category a clickable link but for some reason the url has a comma in it and try as I might I can't get it to work. It appears exactly as on DMOZ so it should work if you cut and paste it.

Thanks for your reply

the url you have given me for rejection reasons requires a password and username. Can you point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Ben

Hi

Thanks for that. I've had a look a look at the page and I still can't work out why we have been rejected. The only probem I can see is that there is another site that has the same name but has a different URL - www.myringtones.net - but this site has absolutely nothing to do with our Ringtone Factory site. Have we been rejected because you consider this to be a mirror site? Or is there another reason? Please can you let me know so I know what to do?

kind regards

Ben

There is no confusion between your site and any other.

Ok, one more question. Is the problem to do with duplication of content? Do you consider the site to be Affiliate Reseller site? Our content is delivered by Opera Telecom - but this content is privately owned by theRingtoneFactory and cannot be used by any other site. theRingtoneFactory is not a reseller. Can you let me know if this is issue please, and if not what is?

Kind regards

Ben
