5 weeks ago and it still isn't there. How can I see what is its status? Do I have to submit it again? How long does it take to list it? Or something is wrong with the site?

It's waiting to be reviewed in Regional/North America/United States/New York/Localities/N/New York City/Travel and Tourism along with a small number of other submissions. And if you browse around this forum, you'll see that it's absolutely impossible to give you a time-to-review estimate and that 5 weeks is really not long a waiting time
