The closest and I think correct category would be:

The building, being a major landmark, contains residential,retail,commercial and entertainment areas.
Could someone advise me on the appropriate category for this

Go ahead and submit. If it's in the right category, well and good; if it's the teensiest-bit wrong, some kind editor will move it to the right place--a short move isn't a big deal.
