Hi,
I've already submitted this website about 3 times (first on last January, last time one month ago) in http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Travel/Health/ but the website isn't listed yet (this category needs an editor).
Please can you tell me what's going on ? Is it normal ?

It's still waiting, I'm afraid. No editor has picked it up yet, but there are only 10 submissions in that category so hopefully it won't be long now.

So do I have to submit this website in the superior category where there is an editor? (In that case: http://dmoz.org/Shopping/)

No you dont. It will be processed, but may take some time.
If you submit to the higher up cat it just will be moved to the best-fit subcategory unreviewed, whee it already is now...
