I'm sorry but the only thing that is the case is: I submitted twice.
sorry for that.
but I can't find anything else I've done wrong, according to the guidelines.

one thing maybe: there are lots of links on that site, but the targets (mostly hotels) are NO affiliates, we're a viennese travel office acting as agents
between customer and hotels, and so we have to have these links on our site just to inform our clients.

if that wasn't the problem either, I honestly don't know any other reason.
the ban for submitting http://www.vienna-last-minute.com/ is definite?
i hope not.
