http://www.wonderfile.com/

http://www.wonderfile.com looks like a sub-site of http://www.masterfile.com which is already listed in Stock/Companies. Setting up sites for different customer groups or products is OK, but in the ODP we usually only list the main company site. In your case the best solution would be to request a description update of masterfile.com.

Hi - Wonderfile is indeed owned by Masterfile but Wonderfile is Royalty Free and Masterfile is Rights Protected - it seems that you have a separate category for Royalty Free which leads me to believe that a separate listing would be appropriate. In reply to dfy's post: "all the other submissions you made were deleted" - I am confused, this makes it sound like I flooded your directory with submissions (which I did not)?
So I guess my question is - will the submission be considered in the Royalty Free category and should I resubmit since according to dfy the submission was deleted?
Thanks for your time

Your company offers both traditional and royalty free licensing, just like several other companies listed in http://dmoz.org/Business/Arts_and_Entertainment/Photography/Stock/Companies/ . The fact that you have two (almost) separate sites for these offers doesn't matter, it's still the same company. If your offer were only royalty free, then the Royalty Free category might have been OK.

You should not resubmit wonderfile.com, but request an update of the existing masterfile.com description which should mention that you offer limited rights and royalty free licensing. To do so go to the category where masterfile.com is listed, click on the 'update URL' link and follow the instructions.

You can mention "discussed in Resource-Zone thread http://www.resource-zone.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=status&Number=14289" when asked for the reason of the update.

I noticed at least one Stock Image site that was displayed in both categories - one site, 2 listings (I guess some manage to get through the cracks) so I guess this is why I was mistaken in my understanding of the policies regarding the listing of separate sites in separate categories. I will ask Masterfile if they will submit an update for their listing.
Thanks for your time.

There's one double listing less now. If you see others, feel free to send me a PM. While I was in Stock/Companies I went through all the update requests in the queue and updated the description of masterfile.com as well.
