Why did it return a 404? Just check it , it was up. I hope it wasn't remove from the queue.
Maybe the problem was just temporary, the site was up when I first replied to your status request. It's up now as well, and still the queue.
Is your site really appropriate for listing in Reference/Maps? The description for that category indicates that it is for sites offering maps for viewing online and you don't offer that (you just offer 2 map scale converters). None of the subcats seem appropriate either so I don't know where it would get listed (perhaps somewhere under http://dmoz.org/Science/Social_Sciences/Geography/ ?)
