I can not upload my Profile Picture

I am trying to upload my profile picture from the very begining here. But I am not been able to do so. Even 2.92K jpeg file with 129x140 pixel dimension is also not getting allowed.

What may be the issue? Kindly help me.

Only editors are allowed to upload a picture or avatar.
