I cannot submit to the appropriate category

Here is my problem. I have tried to submit my site three times over the past year. In each case I tried to submit it to: Shopping>children>babies>varied merchandise. This is clearly the right category for my website.

Every time I get to the varied merchandise screen, there is NO OPTION to 'submit URL'. Most times I just give up at that point. In the 3 cases I mentioned, I tried submitting under a different end category, like 'clothes' or 'toys'.
<p>
My site - http://www.babynut.com - is NOT listed on DMOZ. Please tell me how I can go about listing it in the proper category, or if there is a problem I am not aware of.

You cannaot submit to http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Children/Baby/Varied_Merchandise/ because it does not accept submissions.

Now, go to that category, see the letters of the alphabet? That is what we call an alphabar. Click on the letter of the alphabet that corresponds to the name of your company and submit there.

So if your company name were Babynut Baby Botique you would submit under "B". If it were Stuff for Babies, Inc. you'd submit under "S"
