I can't find how to submit???

Can you help me find out how to submitt? I found the page but can't seem to find a page??

First, please tell us what instructions you HAVE read, so that we know where to begin.

Second, have you identified a potential category yet? If so,what is it? This wasy we can check to see if the category you want is accepting submissions. (some categories do not accept suggestions, which usually means you will have to drill down one cateogry lower.)

Third, I see that you are trying to list a specific page. Why would you not want to slist your entire site, given that ODP lists sites, not pages?
