I can't get into the editor forums.

I was accepted as an editor a couple of weeks ago, and I am unable to enter the editor forums. I use the same userid and password I use to log into the editor dashboard. I'm not sure why I can't get into the editor forum.

Have you tried requesting a new password? ("I forgot my password"-link) The forum password is not the same as that for the editor dashboard (same user id though).

you are using the exact same username and password for the forums as for logging in to edit Curlie?

I’ve no problem getting to the dashboard; it’s after that things don’t work. Doesn’t matter if I ask for a new password before or after trying to login. My username just isn’t recognized, says it’s currently inactive or something like that.

I figured a brand new post would be inappropriate so, yes, here I post. Same issue as I cannot log into the editor forums. Reinstated as an editor, yet when I try logging into the editor forums it says, "The specified username is currently inactive." It also tells me my account has not been activated yet. Also, I tried waiting a few days just in case something needed time to catch up.

Hi @shadowlight , normally the editor forum issue is fixed, and I've updated you to editor here
(please post in the "Editor Lounge" forum if something still doesn't work as expected)
