I cant see my posts??????

I cant see the post I have submitted they were here but now they are not.
anybody help where can I find them and why are they taken out.

Are you using AOL? Some ISPs, such as AOL cache the pages for faster display. That means when someone goes to a page, they save it on their servers in case someone else goes to it. When this happens, new information to the site, such as new posts, don't appear until AOL's cached page updates.
