I can't submit

I tries to submit my site many times but it stalled whenever I click the Submit button, and the browser says "Opening page http://dmoz.org/cgi-bin/add.cgi" forever (the longest time I waited was an hour).
Is it just me or anyone else getting this? How can I submit my site now?

Make sure that you do not have firewall or anti-pop-up software that is causing problems. Those very often are the cause of problems, and I'd never wait an hour of a screen to update. I admite your patience.

I don't have any firewall or popup blocker. I am doing fine with any other form, except only for dmoz. Can you please try out the submission page to see what the problem would be?
Well I didn't watch the page 1 hour, I just left it there and do other stuffs

It is working fine for other people. What browser are you using? What security settings? What proxy settings? What kind of internet connection? (Some people have their IE settings so fouled up that they have better success just downloading and running a real browser.)

<added>I should mention that I can't access dmoz.org with IE either. It may be related to my security setup, though. In order to protect myself from malicious websites, viruses, internet worms, spyware, activeX, cross-domain cookie-snitching, etc., I have my firewall configured to block all IE access to the internet. I don't think anything less will work.</added>
