i can't understand why it is not listed

my website URL removed is best website in terms of popularity , i have submitted many times but still it didn't listed .
please suggest what will i do to get listed.

The term asynchronous is usually used to describe communications in which data can be transmitted intermittently rather than in a steady stream.
