Hello,
I'm not sure whether to submit again, or if I've been rejected already. I don't want to annoy anybody by trying again.
Since suggesting a url I've reverted back to using the www. version. I submitted the non www version ( I since found out google like you to use one or the
other and my business cards already have the www).

We don't take much notice of www. over non-www urls as long as the content of the site is visible from the one suggested...
Normally, an editor should use the one displayed in the address bar if there is a redirect in place.
In other words, you don't have to do anything :)

If the site isn't listed, leave it to the reviewing editor to correct the URL - many will if it redirects to www...
If listed use the update request feature at the top of the category it's listed in.
The time it takes for an editor to review a site is totally unpredictable as we are all hobbyists :)

Thanks for the reply but what I'm wondering now is should I re submit as it's been two years since I submitted it. The guidelines say 2 weeks or so.

The guidelines say 2 weeks or so.
Our guidelines don't say that at all.

Some volunteer will process your listing suggestion in time but we can't predict who or when that might be. Elapsed times can range from a few days to a few years. There is no need to re-suggest your website and doing so could be counter-productive because a later suggestion overwrites any earlier one.
