Hello All,

Our company eninteractive.com started as a webdesign company back in 2001 at that time we got ourselfs listed under the web design catagory...

Our company then moved on to work on programming and offshore software development services... and we felt that the best catagory to fit in was

http://dmoz.org/Business/Information_Technology/Outsourcing/

So we applied for the update, we then found that we were removed from the listing all together.

Any thoughts to why this could have happened? Should a re-apply help resolve this issue?

I need some direction....

Thanks

There is no need to resubmit it. It seems to have moved around through various categories, and will eventually be reviewed again.

Is there anyway to know that our website is currently waiting for approval in the catagory we like? or is it that it is waiting for approval in some other catagory

@hetul:

It might sound harsh, but we no longer provide status information here. IMHO your site does belong within Outsourcing though.

Please bump this thread in a couple of days ;) .

I understand that you do not provide status information... its just that bobrat mentioned that my site was moved to various catagories.... so I was thinking if my site would be listed in some other catagory instead?

I will take your advice and visit this thread later this week.

The trouble is we don't know where the site will end up being listed. It is totally up to the reviewing editors. Most ODP editors don't read this forum.

So we're not trying to be obtuse with you - we really have no way of knowing.
