I did something stupid and submitted in the wrong catagory

I submitted my site http://www.nightlife.la in the following catagory,

Regional: North America: United States: Business and Economy: Restaurants and Bars: Guides and Directories

After checking out dmoz some more (I've never been here before) I noticed that the catagory below,

Regional/North_America/United_States/California/Localities/L/Los_Angeles/Arts_and_Entertainment/

is a much more accurate catagory to be in. It is much more descriptive to the area that I am focusing. I don't want to be declined for being in the wrong catagory. Should I just submit my site again in this new catagory? Also I want it to be in the best catagory for the user.

Yes, just go ahead and submit one more time to the more specific locality. 2 submissions is not going to label you a spammer. Just FYI, the reviewing editor in the higher category would just sort the site to LA but you don't want to wait for that happen. Good Luck!
