I have tried many times to add my website to dmoz directory but the editors ignore me why ??

and there a lot of websites owners had the same problem especially owners of Arabic websites

Because the editors do not have any trust and credibility for this task

The most likely reason that your site hasn't been listed yet (assuming it meets our guidelines for listability) is simply that no one has chosen to edit that category.
