I have tried without success to add the website www.stallions-online.net to DMOZ After 18 months it still hasn't been added... It conforms to all the DMOZ guidlelines, the site is resourceful and educational. I have always waited for two to three months before resubmitting.. I have tried different categories.. I have tried contacting the editor.. but alas nothing... any asisstance would be greatly appreciated...

Not at all. The horses-sales.com website caters for horse and pony sales and free equestrian classifieds and has unique content of interest to the everyday equestrian
The Sport-horses.org website caters for Scottish equestrian and UK news, dates, events and website design. The sites do not mirror one another. Mirror would imply that the two sites were identical. Duplicate pages of content. Yes advertsisng is similar as our clients have paid indpedantly to advertise each individual site.
There is absolutely no mirrored content.
These sites are of benefit to the everyday user and now you deny them access by deleting the entry. Will you now do the same for all large websites that have multiple URLs within the directory?
How do I now appeal against your descision? Or are you the overall editor who has total control?
regards
Gilbert

Please see my answer in your other thread.

You can appeal simply by re-submitting your site. I will not touch any new submissions, so it will be reviewed by another editor.

If you feel that I am not correctly following the rules laid out for editors, you can contact staff@dmoz.org, or any of the editors that have the word "meta" by their names. These are the senior editors of the ODP.

I looked at all three sites again: http://www.sport-horses.org/ http://www.horses-sales.com/ and http://www.stallions-online.net/ and they blend together in my opinion. I believe only one of the 3 sites should be listed. My interpretation of the guidelines that we must follow when editing also says to me that only one of the 3 sites should be listed.

To second dfy, you are welcome to appeal by resubmitting and see if a different editor evaluates the site differently. I really doubt, however, that the outcome will be different. Sorry
