I had my bogspot template providing blog in list 3 years ago. I had no idea what was DMOZ at that instant. Now i know what is dmoz my bogspot blog is unlisted now. The blogspot blog was not updated for 2 years. What is the chance of getting it back on DMOZ now?

The same as any other blog? You'll have to re-suggest it and go through the process of waiting for it to be reviewed just like everyone else.
