I have a problem, can anyone help?

I have a few problems with DMOZ, I can never get it to work correctly. I have submitted almost a dozen client sites into what I can determine is the best category, months later when I search for the site - no results.

Only one of the sites I have submitted has ever ended up in the directory, which I have just noticed is wrong! The URL I submitted ended in a .org when the one listed on DMOZ shows a .com. We redesigned their web site and moved them to a .org, they no longer use the .com.

I cannot seem to find a way to get in contact with anyone at DMOZ either...

What am I doing wrong??

ODP is not a listing service. You are welcome to submit your suggestions, but the editors decide which sites are listed and when.

If you find an error you can use the "update listing" link found on every category page to make corrections.

I know the ODP is not a listing service. I am only submitting authentic sites which are rich in content to help fule the directory.

I just dont understand why the sites I submit are never listed, its not like I get an email with a reason. If they have a problem with a site and will not list it I would like to know how to resolve the problem.

Does anyone have any idea why the few sites I submit never get approved?

We delibarately don´t communicate with webmasters through email or other means. If your site meets our standards it may be included, but we don´t guarantee that it will be done on any specific timeframe. If your site hasn´t been listed yet, it may just be waiting to be reviewed.
