Hello editor, i am here to get a little advice about the reason of my site is not listed. I have resubmit again within few months but when i come back to search, it has nothing, maybe my site is not accepted by dmoz? I don't think so. Please, any kind editor can help me? I will send you my site using pm.

Some volunteer will process your listing suggestion in time but we can't predict who or when that might be. Elapsed times can range from a few days to a few years. There is no need to re-suggest your website and doing so could be counter-productive because a later suggestion overwrites any earlier one.

Offering to pay an editor is seen as bribary. And the punishment is a ban for the person and all of his sites for ever.

Luckily i asked before i do.
You should not need to ask.
There are plenty of warnings all over the internet about what happens when people try to bribe editors, not to mention what is clearly stated in the public ODP guidelines.

And please don't even "joke" about it. Such "jokes" are like "joking" with customs officials. Very unwise, and not at all funny.
