If you haven't suggested the site since January 2007, I'd suggest it one more time as most of the pool of suggestions were lost during the crash of late 2006.
Dear Sir,
it hasn't been long enough to be upset why my site hasn't been listed, here is my concern :
I have one website that I own is listed on dmoz but this website is belong to the company which I work for and it is travel related. Now I have created my own company and launched a new website and submitted to dmoz and these two websites had been in the same dedicated server for a while. Now I know one company can't list two websites in dmoz but in my case, I maintain two websites that belong to two different companies. Do you think editor will ignore this second site because of the fact that I manage another similar website under similar category even if I can prove they belong different companies ? PS: I own both domains.
Thank you for your advise

If you own a website and also manage a website for a company you work for you can suggest both websites. If we list them depends on the fact if the sites have enough unqiue content.

What is unclear to me is the fact who owns the websites you are talking about.
> I have one website that I own is listed on dmoz but this website is belong to the company
Either "I own a website" or "webiste belongs to company" it can not be both.
> they belong different companies ? PS: I own both domains.
Either "they belong to different companies" or "you own both"

But that is no issue. An editor will look at both sites and decide if 0, 1 or 2 will be listed.

1)Another company owns the website but I registered the domain under my name and in the past hosted under the same server. That's the point that scares me.

2) Yes they belong to different companies ; first one is belong the to different company that I provide IT consultant and the another is belong to my own company.

I have submitted this second website under
http://www.dmoz.org/Regional/North_...ocalities/L/Las_Vegas/Guides_and_Directories/

and the url starts with .................

I can provide every proof possible to resolve this conflict if there is one, and they both have unique independent content.

Thank you Sir.

I can provide every proof possible
Thank you, but that is not necessary. A volunteer will evaluate each site in accordance with ODP guidelines, at some time in the future (nobody can predict when).

Not only is it extremely unlikely that anyone who finds your suggestion will have read this thread, but posting here does not make any such review happen sooner.

As pvgool has already explained,
An editor will look at both sites and decide if 0, 1 or 2 will be listed.
Now that you have made your suggestion(s), there is nothing more you need to do. :)

Thank you for clearing up for me, well, I didn't ask anything about getting listed sooner, I know the rules and how things work. I was just wondering if there will be any conflict since I manage both companies' websites.
I will just wait then, did I correctly submit the website if you have checked it by chance ? :)
I am all clear, thank you so much.

As you manage both websites you are the person best to know if there are conflicts. We (the DMOZ editors) will only know after we reviewed the websites.

That would involve a review. It also would need us to know the url. And as you might know you are not allowed to mention the url here (why else do you think it was removed from your posting).
On R-Z we will not discuss specic site. As you might have noticed all answers you have been given are global answers which could be for your site but also for every other site in existence.

Fair enough, thank you very much.
