i resubmited my website. is that ok?

i found that britney spears/fan pages was update before i suggest my website, so i guess my website wasnt accepted . i changed the layout/content and decided to resubmit again. is that ok?

I guess it is too late to say no, even though your base assumption is fatally flawed.

You can never, ever, assume that something has happened to your website suggestion on the basis of what we have done with a different suggestion.

Just because the date on the bottom of the page changed, that doesn't mean that all sites suggested to that category have been reviewed. There are many reasons why that date may have changed, among them are:

A dead link was deleted.
A typo was corrected in a listing.
An improper title was corrected in a listing.
A URL was changed for a listing.
A site was moved from the category to another.
A site was moved from another category to this one.

All of these without even looking at the suggested sites.
