i submite my site, like 4 time

Hi, any help please.. i have submit my site like 4 time a ready, but i dont see is aprove or listed... i have select the category, and send the sumition..any help please to look into this admin..

We cleary ask to suggest a website only ONCE to the ONE best category.
Suggesting a website more than once may cause it to be reviewed much later.
