I submited my site yet no response

I am sorry if this is not the correct place to ask as why didn't my website get listed like others. Its been more then a month and i have no clue as will my website get listed or nor. Or is any one looking on same. If my site does not meets DMOZ rules and regulation and does not gets listed at least i should know were i went wrong.

It can take from hours to years for your site to be reviewed by a volunteer editor.
Unfortunately we don’t pass comments as to why a site may or may not be included in the directory.

...but the site selection used by editors to decide whether or not to include a particular site are publicly available at http://www.dmoz.org/guidelines/include.html -- so if you can be objective you should be able to judge for yourself.

I went to guidelines and could not find any whole in my website that it would be rejected. Anyways my bad luck

In that case there is no reason to think it has been rejected. Web site suggestions are not reviewed within any specified amount of time. It can take considerably more than a month before an editor looks at the suggestion and reviews the site.
