I submitted again to the correct cat

7 months ago my submitting service submitted my evening bag site, http://www.pamperednest.com, to DMOZ under Gardening. When I found out I submitted again in the Shopping-Clothing-Accessories cat 3 weeks ago. My question is - by submitting again did I spam my site at DMOZ? If I did spam it, do I need to submit again? I'm new so sorry if this sounds stupid. Trying to learn. Thanks!
