I submitted my application to join as an editor and got email :

Thank you for your interest in becoming an Open Directory Project editor!
Although we would like you to join us as a volunteer editor, you have chosen a category that is larger than we typically assign to a new editor, or is otherwise unsuitable for an inexperienced editor to start editing in. We would encourage you to re-apply for a category that is smaller in scope, and/or is less likely to attract large numbers of site suggestions. Once you have been accepted to a different category and have gained some editing experience, it will be possible for you to apply to take on additional categories (including the one you applied to here).
Feel free to reapply by submitting an application in another area or to a sub-category of the category you applied for originally. If you wish to re-apply, you must fill out another application. Please do not reply to this email.

This category, with its enormous pool of URLs awaiting review, is too large for a trainee. If you try again, please select a different one of around 15-100 listings. Our editor guidelines and a look at existing listings should help you to write acceptable titles and descriptions.
I resubmitted my application 14 days ago but not recieved any response. my email is<email removed> and name in dmoz application 'Sana Shahid', category BUSINESS--MANAGEMENT--STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT--WEBLOGS.
