Hi,

First I did a listing request of a company website, but never saw it on DMOZ.
So after a 4-5 months I thought why not becoming a editor ?
Then ( a little while ago, 2-12-2009 2:41) I registered becoming an editor.
Never heard anything back (opendir - d5a550b10c33da871d88a080786662fd)
I never had any issues with you at all while living in the Netherlands (=superfast listing)
But now that I live in the Carribean to be honest all directories (besides someone in the Bahamas) looks like all editors take it a little easy in the carribean ;)

FORMATTING YOUR REQUEST:
In the body of your post, include the following:
a clickable link to the dmoz.org category you applied to edit. The simplest way to do this is to copy and paste the ODP category you submitted to (i.e. http://dmoz.org/....).
the editorname that you used on your application.
the date that you last applied.[note: see the date requirement below]

I cannot find any application from you -- we have no pending requests from February 2009 or for a Caribbean category -- so I presume your application was rejected.

sorry for the confusion
I send it in on the 2th of december 2009 opendir case # - d5a550b10c33da871d88a080786662fd ( in Holland they write this as 2-12-2009 2:41)
Thanks for the fast feedback though.
Rgds,
Tomás

btw: I guess I got rejected but can you tell me how to get an company dmoz listing in Trinidad & Tobago. I tried a few times but gave up.

Sorry, I should have realized about the date, especially since that's how I write my dates as well. There aren't any applications from 2009 at all. (The opendir # is not helpful -- it's only used by the system to initially confirm your application and isn't visible to actual editors viewing the applications. Did you actually get an automated response after you replied to that confirmation e-mail that told you your application had been received? If you didn't or if you didn't reply to the confirmation e-mail at all, then the application likely didn't even make it into the pool of viewable applications.)

All you can do is suggest your site. We can't predict if or when an editor will choose to review suggested sites in that category.

thanks I do see now I had a mail problem that day:
<<< 550 5.7.1 <apply@dmoz.org>... Relaying denied
I'll try it one more time since there is so far as I see no dmoz editor that picks things up here.
Nothing seems to have changed since dec 2009 in this country
