i want add my site @ Dimoz Directory

well i have my site from 3 years and i try and try to add it into dmoz directory and every time i can't add it so if any one here can help me to add it tell me

It is correct: you can't add your site to DMOZ (I have no idea what dimoz is).
You can only suggest a site (yours or any other site) and one of the editors will look it it an decide if we also think it is listable, we call that reviewing a website. When the review will be done we don't know. It could be after a few days, after several years or anything in between.

Advise: read the FAQ and read some of the other threads with similar questions.
