There's no useful information we can give you.

If you want to know whether you suggested the site at all, then ... suggest it again, once. That won't make you a spammer if you HAD suggested the site once before, and it would be exactly what you'd do (after waiting for our response) if we eventually told you you had NOT already suggested it. In either case, you don't need any information from us to do the best thing for your site.

If you're sure you suggested the site, but you don't know if it was to the right category, then: guess what? Neither do we! NOBODY will know until an editor reviews it. And then, THEN it will be too late. Because the editor who reviews it can either list it (which will tell EVERYONE it's in the right category), or can move it to the right category (and there's nothing you need to do about it.)

So by the time we know anything useful, it will be too late for you to anything to help.
