I want to move my site submission

Is it possible to move my site from one category to another even though it is currently not listed? It's actually been waiting to be added for so long that the scope of the site has changed and I need the submission to be in another category. What is the best way to do this?

Just submit the site again to the new category. Two submission does not make a spammer.
