i tried report a full length report on directory submission revenue increase, but it was rejected.

There may have been something in the post that caused it to be moderated. Some words that tend only to occur in spam posts automatically cause the post to be flagged for moderation; it's not rejected outright, but won't show up until a moderator approves it. "directory submission revenue increase" doesn't sound like anything that could be on-topic for this forum anyway. (I'm not quite sure what it means, to be honest, but it doesn't sound like it has to do with the ODP.)

The ODP doesn't get revenue from site suggestions. The revenue that the ODP doesn't get, can't and won't go up or down regardless of whether site suggestions are enabled or not.

There is no more to say about "directory submission revenue" that would be relevant to the ODP, or appropriate for this forum.

Knowing this, you can probably figure out why some posts were deleted.
