If no appropriate category, where do I submit

I have a real estate client I want to submit for Topsail Island North Carolina. There is no appropriate category....not even for the big town near there, Wilmington NC.

Which would be the best category to submit them?

Start at top-level Regional. Follow the REGIONAL subdivisions down as far as they go--to the city block, if you can. Then, if there are BUSINESS categories, follow them down as far as they go. Then stop. And submit.

There has been a Topsail Island category since at least 1999. Drill down through Regional, to United States, North Carolina, then select Localities, the letter "T" from the alphabar, then you'll find Topsail Island. Then go to the correct subcategory.
