Thanks for you offer. There are two things to say about this:
a) We only open forums in other languages in here, when we have an ODP meta editor who speaks that language and volunteers to moderate the new forum.
b) Regardless of having a turkish subforum or not, please remember that this forum is about ODP topics only. This is not a place for other discussions regarding for example SEO or site design.
