Illegal material?

Good day

We own several "Replica Handbags" & "Replica Watches" sites. I have been trying to get into Dmoz for several years now and nothing works, reading and reading the guidelines makes me wonder if the following line is what causing me to be rejected:

The Open Directory has a policy against the inclusion of sites with illegal content. Examples of illegal material include child pornography; libel; material that infringes any intellectual property right; and material that specifically advocates, solicits or abets illegal activity (such as fraud or violence).

Selling Replica items might not be legal in some countries but does not apply to us, an example of one of our sites is <url removed>

The above did not bother me because there are a bunch of other replica sites just like me listed, so why them and not me?

getting some closure on this will help allot.

Thank you

We won't provide website specific advice or information here and I won't comment on whether or not your site is listable. I haven't looked at it.

There is a section of our submission guidelines which forbids the submission of related websites and outlines the penalties which can be applied should it be ignored. Perhaps that's it.
