How do I get a custom Avy and Siggy? I'm not even sure if this is the right forum to be asking this, please help.

Assuming you mean avatar and signature
You can't, sorry. Only editors get them. (I believe ex-editors get to keep their custom avatars if they have any, though.) The reasoning behind not allowing signatures is that we don't want this forum to be used for posting links -- we often remove links from people's postings when they are not necessary.
